Industry Leading, World Class Alignment Systems
The John Bean and Beissbarth machines are amongst the world's most advanced wheel alignment systems. Using four precision cameras and patented adaptors, it measures all alignment angles simultaneously in under 90 seconds. This means your vehicle's camber, caster, toe, and thrust angle are set to factory specifications with millimetre accuracy. The result: even tyre wear, better handling, improved fuel economy, and a safer drive.
Road Force Wheel Balancing, The First in Botswana
We don't just balance wheels, we Road Force balance them. Unlike standard spin balancing, Road Force technology simulates real road conditions by pressing a roller against the tyre while it spins, measuring both weight imbalance and tyre uniformity. This detects vibrations that conventional balancers simply cannot find. The result: a smoother ride, eliminated steering shimmy, and longer tyre life. We were the first fitment centre in Botswana to offer Road Force balancing, a service usually reserved for premium dealerships internationally.
Leverless Tyre Changing Technology
We feature various machines like our Italian-engineered leverless tyre changer that uses hydraulic rollers instead of metal levers to mount and dismount tyres. This means zero contact with your wheel rim, no scratches, no curb-rash damage, no marks. Essential for expensive alloy and forged wheels. Whether you drive a Polo or a Range Rover, your wheels are treated with the same care.
Hydraulic Wheel Straightening
Potholes and curb impacts bend alloy wheels, causing vibrations and slow air leaks. Our hydraulic wheel straightening press restores wheels to within factory tolerance, saving you the cost of replacement. We check every wheel we work on for true running.
Nitrogen Tyre Inflation
Nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen, meaning they escape through the tyre wall more slowly. This keeps your tyre pressure consistent for longer, especially important in Botswana's extreme temperature variations. Consistent pressure means better fuel economy, more even wear, and improved safety.
Commercial & Heavy Vehicle Bay
Our dedicated truck bay handles full alignment, fitting, and balancing for commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, trailers, and heavy equipment. We serve fleet operators, transport companies, and government vehicles.
The Broadhurst Workshop
Purpose-built in 2018, our Broadhurst Industrial facility was designed from the ground up for maximum efficiency and safety. Wide bays, overhead lighting, sealed floors, and a dedicated customer waiting area. This is not a tyre shop, it is a tyre centre of excellence.
